Notion

</aside>

I absolutely love this Notion. I use it to organize my life, my YouTube channel, and my business. I even used it to build this website!

TidyCal

</aside>

I use Tidycal to book all my calls including the ones in the resources section of this site.

Spark

</aside>

I struggled to find an email client I liked, until I came across Spark. I use their iPhone app and the Spark 2 desktop app (This is the older version, but it’s still supported and I prefer it over the updated one).

Waking Up

</aside>

I’ve been using the meditation app Waking Up for 5 years now. It’s probably been the most impactful app on my life. If you want to try it out you can use this link for a free month.

Video

Premiere Pro

</aside>

I use Premiere Pro for all my editing. I started with Premiere Rush and then moved to Premiere pro about 4 years ago. Use whatever tool works best for you, this one just happens to work well for me.

<aside>

After Effects

</aside>

I only use After Effects when I absolutely have too haha. This usually happens when I need to speed ramp a clip, or do some complex titling or compositing. My apprehension probably comes from the strain it puts on my laptop and my lack of knowledge of the program haha. But I still haven’t found anything better

DaVinci Resolve

</aside>

I use Davinci Resolve to Colour my footage. I find it so much more accurate and powerful than Lumetri in Premiere Pro. I’ve tested editing full projects in the software, but I don’t like the UI nearly as much as premiere. This leaves my workflow as; make video in premiere, render as PRORES with an accompanying EDL, import into Davinci to Colour, then final export. A little complicated I’ll admit but it’s what works best for me.

Media Encoder

</aside>

Media Encoder is low key sick. For bulk renders and transcoding nothing beats it. I use it constantly.

Photoshop

</aside>

Every thumbnail you see on my channel was created in Photoshop. I couldn’t do what I do without this app

Lightroom

I mainly use Lightroom to organize my photo’s and for quick edits. I love how nicely it pairs with photoshop
